What It is Like to Have Your First Amendment Rights Restored?

Yesterday, it was a different kind of today.  Today, the problem has gone away.

Many people cannot access the public comments pages at Regulations.gov, so we’re simply putting the links to our unredacted files here:

Ours were not the only comments removed.  Bernadette found this list in a Notifications. Some additional public comments that we freed:

  1. Thank you for this information. And thank you for letting me know that my comment was removed from Regulations.gov on this topic. I am the “MC Anonymous” listed above. I am hoping that my comment was in fact posted, as it looks like it has been posted when I click on the link. But when I did a search on Regulations.gov with my Comment Tracking Number which I received on 12/03/2016, it said: “Comment Tracking Number Match This comment was received in Regulations.gov but is not yet posted. Please contact the agency directly for more information”.
They must have given it a new tracking number making my original number inactive. However, I’m so glad you were able to “free” up my comment, as well as the other comments above. Its hard to trust our government to not censor opinions they do not like!
